Initially, her interactions with the dog were limited to offering food, unaware of the deeper struggle the canine faced.
It wasn’t until the discovery of Happy nursing her litter of seven hungry puppies that the true nature of her situation came to light.
“Happy belonged to a meth house and was left behind when her owners moved away. Shortly later she gave birth in the abandoned house. Then when the puppies were old enough to walk she slowly brought them 1 by one to the finders house a block away where she kept them safe until I was contacted.“
Rescue Operation
The call for assistance reached Audray Luck, the compassionate founder of Luck’s Rescue, who wasted no time in responding.
